Longtime Lowertown artist Roger Nielsen holds two of his paintings, "Blue's Baby" and a self-portrait, at Master Framers in St. Paul. Nielsen painted "Blue's Baby" in 2013. "This is the one that was at the State Fair, and is one that I really have a feel for," he said.
